Expanding Access to Wearable Pain Relief

Our mission at Quell is to help people reclaim their lives from chronic pain through neuroscience and technology.  Everyone in our Company believes deeply in this vision, and we think it shows in our approach to developing meaningful innovation and our passion for customer service.

Consistent with this mission, we are excited to announce a new approach at Quell that will make it possible for more people living with chronic pain to take advantage of our wearable pain relief system.  Effective October 15, we are moving to a direct to consumer model that will limit distribution of Quell 2.0 exclusively to our website, QuellRelief.com, and selected healthcare professionals.

Our goal is to expand access to Quell’s patented pain relief technology to more people living with chronic pain.  By eliminating the costs and overhead associated with offering Quell in traditional retail and e-commerce outlets, we can make Quell more affordable and accessible.  This approach also helps us ensure that every Quell customer gets the highest level of support!

As part of this change, we are re-launching the Quell Electrode Subscription program.  By signing up for a subscription, Quell users can purchase electrodes for as low as $19.99 for a package of two electrodes.  We don’t think our customers should have to wait for the next promotion to get pain relief.

At Quell, we believe that technology can be part of the solution to the chronic pain crisis by providing safe, effective pain relief. We are grateful for the opportunity to support the chronic pain community and serve our Quell customers.
