The Quell Customer Care team is made up of 4 dedicated professionals. On any given week, we handle up to 1,300 phone calls and 300 emails. Our team takes the time to make sure all questions are thoroughly answered.
We also make calls to recent Quell purchasers to let them know we are here to support them through their journey with Quell and to answer any questions they may have.
Just as Quell is breaking new technology ground, we are constantly looking for new ways to enhance the customer experience. In this past year we have overhauled the online support section as well as tested chat to reach those who are online in new and helpful ways.
In addition, we now are automating a survey after each interaction to see how we are doing. We take this reporting very seriously as it is a way for us to benchmark our success against other top customer care teams.
When you think of a technology company, you don’t think of warmth and caring. We know Quell customers are living with chronic pain every day, and the hardest thing they may do today is call or email us for support.
Our customers deserve to have their inquiries treated with respect and compassion. We pride ourselves in taking a personalized approach to each call and spending the time to address each Quell user’s needs.
We regularly hear customers share how Quell has changed their life. People have been able to resume activities like playing with their grandkids, going on vacation, getting back to work and other meaningful personal achievements.
